When was the club founded:
Munno Para Dog Obedience Club Inc. was founded in November 1988.

What does the club do:
The Club provides Obedience and Rally Training on Monday nights.
The training includes basic training from puppies to adult dogs (all fully vaccinated) for those wishing to have a well behaved “pet” or those wishing to go onto competition and trial their dogs in both Obedience and Rally.

The Ring is set up weekly for those near to or already trialling in Obedience.
A Rally course is set up weekly with Instructors on hand to help with interpretation of the signs.
Our instructors are volunteers who are dedicated and knowledgeable in training many breeds of dogs. The club believes there is more than one way to train your dog and endeavours to work with owners to get the results they would like.

The Club also holds Agility training on Tuesday nights for those who are keen to compete in the sport of Agility.

The Agility Equipment is modern and we have dedicated knowledgeable Instructors who keep abreast of new techniques. Classes are kept small to enable everyone to be trained appropriately, and in a safe manner. Training starts with a Foundation Class and then move to appropriate class levels as the handler’s and dog skills progress to trialling standard.

Interesting information about the club:
The Club holds several competitions throughout the year in Agility, Obedience and Rally these are for all Financial Members of Dogs SA. General spectators are also welcome to watch.
